Film Scoring Degree at IU Jacobs School of Music

I am very excited about the new expansion of my scoring program at Indiana university. With the new degrees I will be able to offer scoring students a robust series of courses with current industry teachers, mentoring all the critical skills to navigate a career in film and media scoring. My own specialized courses focusing on the dramatic art and craft of writing to picture will be supplemented by additional courses – taught by current industry professionals – such as orchestration for the screen, synthestration, the business of “the business”, and video game scoring.
